A new women’s wellness campaign launched by BIG CARING Group is encouraging women to take a more proactive and holistic approach to their health, recognising the close connection between physical wellbeing, mental health, confidence and self-care.

The “Empowering Women, Inspiring Wellness” initiative comes amid growing awareness that many women continue to place their own health secondary to work, family and daily responsibilities, often only seeking support when symptoms become difficult to ignore.

The campaign aims to make wellness more accessible and practical in everyday life, with a focus on prevention, education and sustainable self-care habits across different stages of life.

Central to the initiative is a broader understanding of women’s health that goes beyond treating illness. This includes supporting areas such as nutrition, hormonal balance, immunity, stress management, skincare, energy levels and emotional wellbeing.

According to BIG CARING Group, there has been a noticeable shift in recent years, with more women becoming increasingly engaged in conversations around preventive health and wellness. However, barriers such as time, stress and competing responsibilities continue to delay action for many.

The campaign was launched during the “Reset Your Me-Time” wellness event, which brought together healthcare professionals, wellness advocates and community partners for discussions on proactive health management, confidence and self-expression.

Participating health and wellness partners included brands across supplements, nutrition, skincare and personal care, reflecting growing consumer interest in more integrated approaches to wellbeing
