Nestled amidst a picturesque 7-acre hill between Tanah Rata and Brinchang in Cameron Highlands, Strawberry Park Resort offers the perfect retreat for holidaymakers and business travelers alike. Now, with this collaboration, guests can enjoy peace of mind with on-demand healthcare services during their stay.
Guests at Strawberry Park Resort, recently recognised as the Award Winner Family Resort of the Year at the TDM Travel Trade Excellent Award 2024, can now consult doctors virtually, order prescribed medications for delivery, or request in-room emergency visits—all without leaving the comfort of their hotel rooms. This service ensures an additional layer of security for travellers, especially in light of health concerns such as the recent Mpox outbreak.
Through the MyCLNQ Health app, resort guests can connect with certified healthcare providers from 9 AM to 9 PM. Services range from virtual consultations to prescription deliveries. After a brief phone consultation, guests can order medication for delivery directly to their rooms.
